This October rating will affect your pay, and your ability to apply for a promotion, for the next 3 years? |

The competencies for Band IIA and IIB are nearly identical, except that IIB also has the 'Developing People' competency, so that your ratings in the other competencies should not have dropped because you are in a 'new' position? |
