Voting will take from July 9 to July 21, 2008 through a ballot you will receive by e-mail. |

Everyone in the bargaining unit is eligible to participate in this interim dues ratification vote. This encompasses all analysts (PDP, Band I, IIA, and IIB), including, but not limited to: analysts, accountants, communications analysts, economists, methodologists, specialists, and statisticians. If you are not sure if you are in the bargaining unit, please contact your Interim Council Representative. |

If you are going to be out of town during July 9th to 21st and will not have access to the internet to check your work e-mail, please contact someone on the Election Committee. |

IFPTE and our union’s Election Committee will manage and count the votes. This Committee is made of bargaining unit volunteers and does not include any Interim Council Representatives. Unless there is any complication, results should be posted by July 23rd. |

If a majority of those who vote do not ratify the 0.3% interim dues structure, the Interim Council will seek feedback and come up with a different proposal for ratification. |
